Where do I submit a ticket?

To submit a ticket, you will need to click on the submit a ticket button in the upper right hand side of this page (a graphic titled submitaticket.jpg is below for reference). Once you have submitted the ticket, you will receive an email confirmation that your ticket has been received and someone will be in touch with you as soon as possible. Please remember that any changes submitted for a website take anywhere from 3 days to possibly a week depending on the complexity of the change and the current work load. Any questions the tech may have will be recorded in your ticket and you will receive an email with any updates or questions we have for you. You can then respond to that email and it will be updated in your ticket as well or you can login on this site and see all communications and tickets that have previously and currently been submitted.
